By accessing or using Vaudit ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vaudit provides LLM usage auditing and cost reconciliation tools. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@audit.id.
You may provide third-party API keys to enable data sync. We store these encrypted. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use these credentials with the Service.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your usage data.
We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
Paid features are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@audit.id.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaudit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
